Farmers’ Eligibility Criteria

Note that only those farmers who fulfill all eligibility criteria given below will be eligible for the solarization of electric and diesel tube wells.

• The applicant must be a resident of Punjab province.
• The applicant must be above 18 years of age and must have a Computerize ID Card.
• Only one farmer from each family can apply for a solar system.
• The applicant must own an agricultural holding within the revenue limits of the same district where he has submitted his application.
• The applicant must have proof of individual ownership.
• In the case of an electric tube well, the farmer applicant must be the owner of the electric tube well; to prove this, the last paid bill of the electric tube well connection has to be submitted as proof.
• Farmers in default of any bank or financial institution will not be eligible for this scheme.
• If a farmer owns an electrical tube well, he must have a three-phase electrical connection.
• The electricity connection for the electrical tube well must have been installed on or before October 30, 2024.

Required Documents for Online Registration

Farmers who meet all the eligibility criteria and are willing to convert their tube wells to solar do not need any documents to complete the registration in this program. But remember to complete the online registration, the farmers will need his identity card number and mobile phone number registered in his name.

اگر ہم وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب سولرائزیشن پروگرام میں آن لائن رجسٹریشن مکمل کرنے کے طریقہ کار کی بات کریں تو آپ کو بتاتے چلیں کہ پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے کسانوں کی سہولت کے لیے ایک خصوصی پورٹل متعارف کرایا گیا ہے۔ وہ کسان جو اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترتے ہیں بہت آسانی سے اس پر جا کر اپنی رجسٹریشن مکمل کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہاں میں ذیل میں آپ کی رہنمائی کے لیے رجسٹریشن مکمل کرنے کے طریقہ کار کو بیان کر رہا ہوں۔ اس لیے وہ کسان جو اپنی رجسٹریشن مکمل کرنا چاہتے ہیں وہ دیے گئے طریقہ کار پر عمل کرتے ہوئے اپنی رجسٹریشن کا عمل مکمل کریں۔ یاد رہے کہ رجسٹریشن مکمل کرنے کی آخری تاریخ 31 دسمبر 2024 ہے۔

• First, open the official web portal from the given link: https://cmstp.punjab.gov.pk/.
• As soon as the portal opens, the registration form will appear in front of you.
• First enter your ID card number inside the registration form.
• After entering the ID card number, enter the mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Then select the type of tube well installed in the third field.
• Then select the installed electric motor capacity/diesel engine capacity.
• After that, select the solar system you need.
• And finally, tick after reading the acknowledgment and terms and conditions field.
• After that you will see the captcha code; read the captcha code and enter it in the captcha code field.
• And press the Apply for Solar Tube Wells button; as soon as you press this button, your registration process will be complete.
