- Applicants must have a PMT score of 45 or less.
- The applicant family is not previously receiving financial assistance from any other assistance program.
- No person from the applicant’s family should be a government servant.
- The monthly income of the applicant’s family must be less than 50 thousand rupees.
- No one in the applicant’s family should be residing abroad.
Procedure To Obtain PMT Score To Complete Registration
As one of the eligibility criteria is a PMT score of 45 or less, so families who do not know their PMT score need not worry. - To complete the registration process, first open the official web portal from the given link: https://mcard.punjab.gov.pk
- As soon as you open the portal, you will be presented with a login screen.

- If you have not created your account, first click on the sign-up button and create your account.
- As soon as you click on the sign-up button, a form will open in front of you to create an account.
- Create your account by entering your name, ID card number, mobile network, mobile number, and other information in the form.
- After creating an account, log in to your account by entering your username and password.
- As soon as you log in to your account, you will see the New Application button in the right corner.
- As soon as you click on the New Application button, the application form will open in front of you.
- After the application form opens, enter all your required information and click on the registered button.
