- Only residents belonging to Christian, Hindu, and Sikh communities and other minority religions belonging to Punjab can apply.
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 year and must have an identity card.

- Applicants must have a PMT score of 45 or less.
- If you don’t know your PMT score then visit your nearest BISP office and complete your NSPR survey to know your PMT score.
- If you don’t know your PMT score and have never completed your NSER survey, you can now complete your registration along with completing the NSER survey.
- The applicant is not receiving financial aid from any other aid program, such as BISP or PSPA.
- The applicant should not be employed in any government organization.
- The monthly income of the applicant’s family should be less than 50,000.

Procedure To Complete Online Registration
- If you want to complete your registration, you first need to visit the official web portal by clicking on the above button. Go there and create your account. As soon as you create your account and log in, a new dashboard will appear in front of you, where you have to click on the “New Application” button.
- When you click on this button, the registration form will open in front of you. In this form, first you have to provide your basic information, including your name, father’s name, gender, date of birth, etc.
- After that, you have to click on the “Save and Next” button, which will take you to the next part of the registration form. This section requires you to provide more details, such as whether you have a disability or illness.
- The next step is to provide information about educational qualifications, such as did you go to school, or can you read a sentence? etc.
- You will then be asked for information about the job. Finally, you have to provide your home address and other necessary details.
- After providing all the information, you will click on the “Submit” button, and thus your registration process will be completed.
- After the registration is complete, if you meet all the eligibility criteria, you will be notified via SMS or call. Then you will be eligible to get a quarterly stipend.
